We accept returns for most items within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
New and Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
In Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, and protective wrapping.
Complete: All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories that came with the item must be included.
Accompanied by a proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or invoice number).
Certain types of items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale.”
Customized or Made-to-Order products.
Gift Cards.
Hygienic items where the packaging has been opened, such as bedding, pillows, and towels.
Items that have been assembled or installed by the customer.

Please provide the following information:
Your Order Number
The name of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return (e.g., change of mind, damaged, wrong item)
Clear photos or a short video of the item, especially if it is damaged or incorrect.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without receiving this authorization.
Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse located in Jakarta.
For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will either arrange for a pickup or reimburse you for the shipping fee.
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but issues can sometimes occur.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging.
Crucially, we highly recommend providing a clear video of the unboxing process (video unboxing) as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
We will work swiftly to arrange for a replacement, repair, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item separately. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
