These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.homedecorindonesia.com website (“Site”) and the services offered therein. This Site is owned and operated by PT Home Decor (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Indonesia, with its principal office in South Jakarta.

The colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (PPN) where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3. Errors and Inaccuracies: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

4. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

4.1. Order Placement: Your placement of an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s).

4.2. Order Acceptance: An order is not considered accepted by us until the order has been shipped. We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of a product, an error in the pricing or product description, or an issue identified by our fraud detection system.

4.3. Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped. We accept payment via the methods listed on our checkout page.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping Policy: We will ship the products to the address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping is handled by third-party courier services.

5.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, PT Home Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Dekorasi Rumah Indah, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
