Home Decor Indonesia is a premier online destination for high-quality, stylish, and affordable home furnishings and decorations. We are based in Jakarta and curate a collection of unique pieces from local artisans and international designers to help you create a home you love.

Products & Ordering

  1. Browse our collections and select the item you wish to purchase.

  2. Click “Add to Cart”.

  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon and select “Checkout”.

  4. Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment and shipping method.

  5. Confirm your order, and you will receive an order confirmation email shortly.

Most of our items are ready stock and will be shipped from our Jakarta warehouse. Some larger furniture pieces or customized items may be available on a pre-order basis. The stock status (Ready Stock or Pre-Order) is clearly indicated on each product page.

We try our best to restock popular items. On the product page of the out-of-stock item, you can enter your email address to be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

We offer customization for select products. Please look for a “Customization Available” tag on the product page or contact our Customer Service to inquire about specific customization options, lead times, and pricing.

Payment

  1. We accept a wide range of secure payment methods popular in Indonesia:

    • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX

    • Bank Transfer: Virtual Accounts for major banks (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, etc.).

    • E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay.

    • Installment Plans: We partner with leading “Pay Later” services. Options will be available at checkout.

Absolutely. We use a certified payment gateway partner and SSL encryption to ensure that all your transaction details are encrypted and securely processed. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

If you choose to pay via Virtual Account, your order will be confirmed automatically by the system once payment is successful. For manual transfers (if applicable), please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email to upload your proof of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that sale items, custom orders, and certain categories like lighting or textiles may not be eligible for return. For our full policy, please visit our “Returns Policy” page.

We sincerely apologize for the error! Please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.

  1. Contact our Customer Service with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

We ship to all regions across Indonesia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and your delivery address. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs.

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Jabodetabek Area: 1-3 working days.

  • Java Island: 3-5 working days.

  • Outside Java: 5-14 working days.

Note: For large furniture items, delivery may take longer and will be coordinated by a specialized logistics team.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to track your package’s journey.

Yes, for customers in the Jakarta area, we offer Same-Day and Instant delivery options (via GoSend/GrabExpress) for smaller items. You can select this option at checkout if your order and address are eligible.
